Shipping Information
Except for custom orders, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Your custom order will be shipped within about 3 weeks after the order is placed,and you will be updated at each step of production, from the moment you place your order to the moment you receive it.
Standard Post (Australia Post)Orders over $99 – FREE delivery. Order under $99 will be a $17 charge. We use Australia Post for all our standard Australian deliveries and a signature is normally required. Alternatively, a missed notification will be left and the parcel to be collected at the nominated address.
We do not offer delivery services to PO Boxes.

From Inner Mongolia
Our cashmere comes from Inner Mongolia, where the fibre is fine, soft and resilient. We have worked with the same mill there for 22 years.

100% pure cashmere, Nm 2/26 yarn
Every piece is knitted from 100% pure cashmere yarn with a count of Nm 2/26. Most styles are single-ply, light enough to layer; made-to-order pieces can be knitted two-ply for extra warmth.

Sizes S to 2XL
Our cashmere knits come in sizes S to 2XL, and a typical piece weighs around 230g. Check the size chart on this page, or come in and try one on.
