Shipping policy
1. Order processing
- In-stock items: orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. We will email you again when your order has been dispatched.
- Made-to-order items: custom orders are dispatched approximately 3 weeks after the order is placed. We will keep you updated at each stage, from placing your order to delivery.
2. Australian delivery (Australia Post)

- All standard Australian deliveries are sent with Australia Post. A signature is usually required on delivery.
- Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
- If no one is available to sign, Australia Post will leave a card and the parcel can be collected from the nominated collection point.
- Free delivery does not apply to orders containing a throw or blanket, due to their weight.
- We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
3. Free in-store pickup
Skip the delivery fee by choosing local pickup at checkout.
- Pickup address: Shop G-85A, Ground Level, The Glen Shopping Centre, 235 Springvale Rd, Glen Waverley VIC 3150
- Ready time: your order will be ready within 1–2 business days. We will email you when it is ready, with pickup instructions.

4. International delivery
