Washing

Shipping Information
Except for custom orders, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Your custom order will be shipped within 4-5 weeks after the order is placed,and you will be updated at each step of production, from the moment you place your order to the moment you receive it.
Standard Post (Australia Post)Orders over $99 – FREE delivery. Order under $99 will be a $17 charge. We use Australia Post for all our standard Australian deliveries and a signature is normally required. Alternatively, a missed notification will be left and the parcel to be collected at the nominated address.
We do not offer delivery services to PO Boxes.
Please note: Due to excess weight, free delivery is not available on any order containing a throw or blanket.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at G-85A Ground Level, Glen Shopping Centre, 235 Springvale Rd, Glen Waverley VIC 3150, Australia. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10:30 am–5:30 pm on Monday to Saturday Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
