Shipping Information
Except for custom orders, all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Your custom order will be shipped within 4-5 weeks after the order is placed,and you will be updated at each step of production, from the moment you place your order to the moment you receive it.
Standard Post (Australia Post)Orders over $99 – FREE delivery. Order under $99 will be a $17 charge. We use Australia Post for all our standard Australian deliveries and a signature is normally required. Alternatively, a missed notification will be left and the parcel to be collected at the nominated address.
We do not offer delivery services to PO Boxes.
